Hi, I started Baby Helping Hands to help families adjust to the first 5 months of life with preterm or full term either single or multiple babies.


I am a Certified Postpartum Doula and Registered Early Childhood Educator. 


I am a Mother of 2 and have worked many years with children and their parents.  


My doula training started with Doula Canada but my learning continues daily. I have knowledge and experience in,

  

  • Caesarean and Vaginal Recovery
  • Perinatal Trauma - High Risk Pregnancy, Traumatic Birth, Birth Complications, NICU experiences
  • Preterm and Multiple Babies 
  • Postpartum Mental Health – Baby Blues, Depression, Anxiety, and others

Consultations Monday to Friday during office hours 9am to 5pm. (if not in clients homes). Evenings and weekends available upon request.


In Home Support Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm

 & Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm.  

4 hours to 8 hours per day

Halton and Mississauga areas.

 

Virtual Support   

Monday & Tuesday 7pm to 8pm, Friday 1:30pm to 2:30pm, 2:30pm to 3:30pm
