  • Provide strategies, solutions and nourishment that aid birth recovery’s physical discomforts - abdominal, perineal, breast and muscle pain.

Postpartum Clients Receive A Complimentary One Hour Pre-Visit or Virtual Session

A Parent Tool Kit E-Document with information and resource links is sent after agreement signed and deposit received. Further resources provided as needed.

  

  • Answer any immediate concerns you have related to your postpartum journey.
  • Learn where everything is in your home 
  • Discuss feeding, sleep, and recovery strategies and tools. 
  • Discuss intake form and finalize details of your family’s postpartum plan.

Postpartum Doula Fees

Please click the "Let's Connect" button below to discuss my hourly rate (+HST).


In Your Home - Minimum 16hrs spread over the agreed term of agreement.

Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm & Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm


Virtually - Minimum 8hrs spread over the agreed term of agreement.

Friday 1:30pm to 2:30pm or 2:30pm to 3:30pm


Flexibility with days/hours if availability.


Note: Postpartum Doulas are non-medical professionals.  I am not allowed to diagnose, treat or prescribe but will provide you a list of community resources who can.
